She has also appeared as a commentator on various public affairs programs, and has provided testimony on several occasions before a House of Commons Committee concerning new government legislation with respect to the protection of women and girls from exploitation and violence.
Prior to commencing her legal career, Kathryn Marshall worked for two senior Federal Cabinet Ministers, spearheaded a national NGO and worked for a leading public policy think tank.
